HOUSTON (December 7, 2022) — The Howard Hughes Corporation®
(NYSE: HHC) today announced the sale of a 19-acre parcel in Bridgeland® to Waller Independent School District for its second elementary school within the top-selling master planned community. Located in Prairieland Village® at the intersection of Conservation Crossing and Hilltopping Drive, the new campus will serve 850 students and support the projected residential growth for both Prairieland Village® and Creekland Village®.
